We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location in the mountains above Lana was simply breathtaking, offering stunning views throughout our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The laundry service was a great convenience, and the valet parking made our arrival and departure seamless. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The hotel offered various tours and ticket assistance, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the tranquil surroundings. The rooms were soundproofed, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture provided a lovely spot to relax and unwind. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV offered a range of entertainment options. The on-site dining restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the option of packed lunches and special diet menus. the staff here were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel! The facilities, especially the pools and sauna. The pictures online do not do them justice. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, with a variety of local honey, yogurt, and marmalade. The staff, especially the room cleaners, were kind and always left behind a fun surprise. there were numerous activities available, and the hotel provided lots of sporting equipment.

The hotel had amazing facilities including gorgeous pools and saunas, even better than the pictures online! The breakfast was delicious, featuring tasty local honey, yogurt, and marmalade. The location was a bit disappointing, as it was a 10-minute drive up in the mountains, making it less pleasant to navigate at night or in the rain. We also noticed that the majority of guests were older German and Austrian couples, so it's something to be aware of if you're looking for a place that caters more to families or younger couples.
